Great location, just steps away from the heart of the action. The apartment had all the essentials and the free WiFi was a bonus. The airport shuttle service was convenient.
Oh, finding the place was a breeze! No exterior sign, just a fun treasure hunt.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The location couldn't be better, right across the street from the old town and main tourist attractions. We didn't even need a car as there was abundant local transportation available. The hotel facilities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

My stay at Miss Saray was very nice. The location was perfect, just steps away from all the main attractions and amenities I needed as a traveler. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with well-sized bedrooms and a cozy bed. I really appreciated the skylight in one of the rooms, it added a unique touch to the space. The bathroom was clean and well-lit, and I loved the presence of a bidet, a true Sarajevo experience. The lobby had a refreshing and clean smell, and I felt secure with the card access system. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, although I did miss some cleaning supplies like washing up liquid and kitchen towel. The staff, particularly Zarifa, were warm and cute, and the cleanliness of the rooms was great. I highly recommend Miss Saray for anyone visiting Sarajevo, it's a hidden gem.
While my experience at Miss Saray was mostly positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. it was quite difficult to find the place as there was no exterior sign except a small one on the doorbell.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the hotel's close proximity to the city's main attractions. It was just a minute walk to the bustling city square, where we found a plethora of churches, mosques, restaurants, and bars. Additionally, having access to private parking was convenient, although it required an additional fee. The small kitchenette in our room was well-equipped with a kettle and all the necessary amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
While our stay at the hotel was overall great, we did encounter a few issues. it was a bit challenging to locate the hotel as there was no visible exterior sign, except for a tiny sign on the doorbell.

During my recent transit in Sarajevo, I stayed at Miss Saray hotel. Although it was difficult to find due to the lack of an exterior sign, the convenience of its location made up for it. The hotel is situated just 9 km from the nearest airport, allowing for a seamless transition between my flights. being only 15 km away from the heart of Sarajevo, exploring the city was a breeze.
There was one minor inconvenience during my stay at Miss Saray. The layout of the tiles in the shower caused the bathroom to flood whenever I took a shower.

I recently stayed at Miss Saray for a few days and it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's perfect location in Barcarsija allowed us to easily explore the area. The self check-in process was seamless and the room was beautifully decorated. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the extra towel we requested was brought promptly by the helpful cleaning staff. Aldin at the reception was incredibly friendly and even provided umbrellas for guests on a rainy day. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
Can just recommend this hotel.
